That's where I found myself not long ago. I had spent years coaching real estate agents — teaching negotiation strategy, building training programs, helping agents find their edge. And I was good at it. I believed in it. But somewhere along the way, I started to miss the thing that started it all for me: the actual work of helping real people find a home, sell a home, and take the next step in their lives.
So I made a decision. I came back.

For years, my world was agent development. I was the person behind the scenes — designing training systems, coaching teams, building curriculum, and helping agents figure out who they were and how to show up for their clients. I loved that work, and honestly, it made me a sharper, more intentional real estate professional.

That's the part of this business that woke me up every morning — and it's the part I was ready to return to fully.
